Earth Hour is a global lights out phenomenon to show support for environmental preservation. And also to show that every individual efforts count. During this hour, everyone is encouraged to shut off all of their lights.

3. Host an Earth Hour party at your house.
4. Play board games with you family by candlelight.
5. Organize a street party.
6. Take a tour of you neighborhood as it goes dark.
7. Get involved in a community event.
8. Set up a scavenger hunt around you house to find energy saving ideas.
