Obama will be discussing five main points;
1) The reorganization of the Department of Interior which mainly responsible for overseeing offshore drilling.
2) The containment strategy for capturing the oil which is STILL spewing from the Gulf.
3) The BP claims process.
4) The process on how he plans to "restore the Gulf to a place better than it was before the Deepwater Horizon exploded".
5) And what we must do to decrease our dependence on the dirty energy that pollutes our environment.
